Dear Jimi,

Enclosed you will find a cassette containing the work of Robert Wright for Assignment 18.

I believe you will agree with me that Bob has developed the stuff necessary to successfully compete in radio broadcasting.

I found him to be an exceptional student and very capable in the broadcasting world both on and off air.

Bob currently is working for us about 25 to 30 hours per week, and he is grasping things well.

It was a pleasure to have had the opportunity to work for you as a mentor trainer, and hope to have the opportunity to do so again. I have referred 2 others to you so far, and I would enjoy the opportunity to train them if they should decide to go with you.
